If you agree, we’ll use this information to give you advice; help us gather data to improve our service and to support our research in a way that you can't be identified.

We may be unable to advise you fully if you do not give consent for some categories – for example, we will not be able to give detailed advice about disability benefits if you do not give consent for us to record and use information about your health conditions.
