For organisations wishing to refer clients

Please use this form to send us details of anyone who lives in Lichfield District and needs our help with debt or energy advice.

Please obtain consent from the person to allow you to pass on their details to us.

Please let the person know that when we contact them, the call will come from a withheld number.

Once we receive the referral, we will contact the person within 3 working days. If we cannot reach the person when we call, we will keep on trying them for 5 working days.
