Taking on a personal challenge is a great way to fundraise and getting together with friends, family and neighbours to support feels great too. You don't have to take part in a scheduled event to raise money. It’s easy to support us by organising your own activity or get together with friends to raise money

  • Do a sky dive
  • Running / walking
  • Give it up! Give us speaking for a day, computer games for a week or chocolate for a month!
  • Dance all day in a sponsored dance-a-thon
  • Sponsored silence
  • Sponsored ’48 hours without social media’
  • Joke-a-thon. How long can you keep your friends laughing? If the jokes are really bad, make them pay a fee to leave

Cycling, zumbathons, and sports tournaments, are some of the challenges you could do or organise.
